    Breathe & Restore

    Thursdays 7:15-8:15PM

    A gentle 60-minute class designed to calm the nervous system and restore the body. We begin with guided pranayama (breathwork) to deepen awareness of the breath and settle the mind. From there, the practice moves into supported restorative yoga postures, allowing the body to release tension while the breath remains slow and steady. This class is slow-paced and accessible for all levels, offering a space to reset, regulate the nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, rested, and renewed.

    Gentle Yoga Flow

    Fridays 6:15AM-7:05AM

    Ease into your day with this slow-paced gentle yoga flow designed to awaken the body and calm the mind. Move through accessible postures, smooth transitions, and breath-focused sequences that improve flexibility, circulation, and joint comfort while building light strength and stability. Options and props (blocks, straps, blankets) are provided for all levels, including beginners and those seeking a nurturing, low-effort practice. Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and energized without strain. Mats and props provided; bring water and wear comfortable layers.
