Hey 👋🏽 I’m GG

I have always found freedom through movement. As a lifelong athlete and former gymnast, I grew up discovering how the body can be both a source of strength and self-expression.

When I was sixteen, everything changed after I was diagnosed with PCOS. After years of feeling unheard by the traditional medical system, I began a journey of deep self-healing — exploring holistic health, yoga, and nervous system repair. What began as personal necessity eventually became a lifelong devotion to helping others find safety and strength in their bodies.

My professional path began in crisis line advocacy, where I supported survivors of domestic and sexual violence. During this time, I specialized in yoga for trauma recovery and witnessed firsthand how movement and mindfulness could transform pain into empowerment. As a survivor myself, I understand the courage it takes to rebuild trust with your body and reclaim your sense of self.

Today, I am a yoga and meditation teacher with over a decade of experience and advanced training in trauma-informed practices, somatic therapy, inversions, and acroyoga. My classes and coaching sessions combine grounded wisdom with playful challenge — helping students cultivate clarity, calm, and resilience. I love incorporating inversions and handstand training as a way to face fears and rewire self-limiting beliefs, showing that healing can be both powerful and joyful.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: movement is medicine. Through yoga, somatics, and breathwork, I guide women in healing from trauma and reconnecting to their strength, confidence, and innate wisdom.
